1. About Us

The Website is operated by The Rare Corner, a dealer in vintage and pre-owned fine timepieces based in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Rare Corner; “you” and “your” refer to the person accessing or using the Website.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website if we reasonably consider that you have breached these Terms, or where we consider it necessary for security or operational reasons.

We may revise these Terms from time to time by updating this page, at any time and without prior individual notice. Changes take effect when published on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, so we invite you to review this page periodically.

5. Product Information

We take care to describe and photograph each timepiece as accurately as we can. Because our pieces are vintage or pre-owned, each is a unique object and may show signs of age, wear, patina, or prior service consistent with its era; these are inherent characteristics of vintage watches and are not defects.

Descriptions, images, specifications, and availability are provided in good faith but are not exhaustive and may not be fully current. We make every effort to display the colour and appearance of each piece accurately, but the actual appearance you see depends on your device and display, which we cannot guarantee.

The presence of a piece on the Website does not guarantee its availability at any given time. Where a piece is listed or described in error, including an error of price or specification, we reserve the right to correct the information, or to decline or cancel the transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Website and its content — including its text, editorial features, photography, graphics, layout, code, and the The Rare Corner name, logo, and marks (collectively, the “Content”) — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, modify, translate, create derivative works from, sell, or otherwise exploit any Content without our prior written consent. Nothing on the Website grants you any licence or right to use any trade mark displayed on it.

If we do not enforce, or delay enforcing, any of our rights under these Terms, that does not waive them. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
