We verify any Extract from the Archives or original papers where present, describe condition honestly — servicing, and the occasional replacement part, are entirely normal for a watch of this age, and we’re glad to talk through what we know on request, and issue a written statement of authenticity recording our assessment with every sale. Anything we cannot confirm, we tell you plainly. We’re independent specialists rather than a brand-authorised service centre, and we describe every watch on that honest basis. Every watch we sell is guaranteed genuine — in the unlikely event a piece is shown to be counterfeit, we refund it in full.

Every piece leaves us with a written statement of authenticity setting out our specialists’ assessment of the piece. Each listing sets out the reference, materials, and condition in detail; on request we provide additional photographs and movement images. If a watch carries an Extract from the Archives or original certificate, that documentation accompanies the sale.

Of course. Viewings are by appointment, where you are welcome to examine any piece at length. For international clients, we are glad to provide additional photographs, videos, and condition detail on request.

It varies by piece, and is stated clearly on each listing. Vintage watches are often sold as the watch alone, which is entirely normal for their age. Where original box, papers, or an Extract from the Archives are present, we verify and include them.

Each listing states case diameter, materials, movement, and a candid account of condition and any service history. If you need a measurement or detail that isn't listed — lug-to-lug, thickness, or otherwise — just ask.

Yes. All transactions are transmitted over a secure, encrypted connection. We never store full card details on our systems.

The price at checkout is the amount payable to us. International buyers should note that shipping, transit insurance, and any import duties or taxes in the destination country are additional — see Shipping & Delivery below. Certain payment methods carry a surcharge, noted under Payment.

No. Guest checkout is always available. An account simply makes return visits easier and unlocks a few services reserved for registered collectors.

A registered account lets you keep a wishlist of saved pieces, view your order history and tracking, save your details for faster checkout, and manage any reservations or deposits in one place. Registered collectors also receive back-in-stock alerts on watches they are watching, and early access to selected new arrivals before they are listed publicly.

For pieces acquired from us, your account keeps a private record of each watch — invoice, statement of authenticity, and any service history — available to you at any time. A quiet archive of your collection, kept for the long term.

Yes. A 20% deposit secures a piece for you, with the balance due within five business days. The deposit is credited in full towards the purchase, and is refundable only if we are unable to complete the sale or the watch does not match its description. It is otherwise non-refundable, as reserving a watch takes it off the market for other collectors.

We do. With a deposit in place, we are glad to hold a watch while payment and shipping are arranged — simply let us know your timeline and we will accommodate it where we can.

Yes. We ship worldwide via FedEx and DHL, fully insured in transit. In-store collection is preferred where practical, but international delivery is straightforward and secure. Shipping is arranged once payment has cleared.

Shipping and transit insurance are borne by the buyer. We arrange fully insured despatch and share tracking as soon as the piece is on its way. A signature is required on delivery.

Import duties, taxes, and any customs charges in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. These vary widely by country — we are glad to discuss the details and declare shipments accurately.

Delivery times begin from despatch and vary by destination and the service chosen. We will give you a realistic estimate once shipping is arranged, and full tracking so you can follow the parcel throughout.

We offer a 14-day period for the return of an as-described watch, provided it is unworn and all seals, tags, and documentation remain intact — refunded in full, less shipping. After 14 days, or where seals have been broken, we are glad to discuss repurchasing the watch, assessed as a buy-back at prevailing market terms. Our aim is always a fair outcome; if something is not right, tell us.

Once your returned watch reaches us and has been checked, we issue the refund promptly. The time for it to appear depends on your original payment method, but is generally completed within about 14 days of our receiving the piece.

Return shipping and insurance are the buyer's responsibility, and we ask that returns are fully insured for the watch's value. If a return arises from an error on our part, we will of course cover it.
